Re: Which AZUL track for next video?
So far the "Seared, the Seer Soared" is the contender. This would be a really interesting video, I think, because the piece changes so quickly... should be able to start working on it by next weekend.
Last night's show was also filmed, we closed with an AZUL version of Happy Birthday in honor of Emmett...
Not sure when I'll have time to look at it, but it was a fun show..

Wildlands! Although I would love to see the whole album as a commercially released DVD. You obviously have video for all the songs and I would gladly pay to SEE the whole album. There seems to be a shocking lack of Stick videos that aren't instructional.

Hey Greg, i got my strings! oh, and AZUL was in there too. no shit, i think those guys bring out the best in you. im not voting again but i like Boys Make Noise and Dont be a Baby- the "groovier" pieces. but thats first run-thru- it was on before the strings were unpacked. ill probably listen to it over and over while im fabricating the new bridge for the fretless Ironwood. do you guys know anything in the key of Dremel?

Luc, was'nt thinking of this when i posted, but i once took a drill with a large bit to my 8-string fretless and started routing the body - while plugged in and recording. various distortion and delay units incorporated all the while tuning and un-tuning. dont have the tape anymore (damn!) but i thought i lost the bass in one of my moves...turns out it's in my sister's basement. the only bass i still own. not much of a body left to it...
