...this is 34 in scale, correct ??

I ain't got that kind of cash lying around right now, but that's kind of what I'm looking for if I am ever to go the 12 string Grand Stick route - 34 inch scale with the slotted nut screws - although I'd set it up for 5 string bass 5ths 7 string melody 5ths which I believe means I's be swapping around a couple of those slotted nut screws.

Too bad times aren't better for me.... that's one beautiful instrument !!
[*believe me I really now regret passing up on the one on Reverb a couple of years back that was going for like 2k or so out of NYC metro area.....]

I've been on the Grand Stick fence for a long long time, I know when I got my Stickbass, that totally changed everything for me - but I would like to some day find a 34" scale Grand Stick, and set it up 5 string bass 7 sting melody 5ths on both sides ala Trey Gunn
*and if I could find an old Grand Stick with that backing plate installed so pick up options are totally with open, man I'd be sold on that in a heart beat !!

That's again a beautiful instrument you have there, hopefully someone will purchase it from you soon, as those seem to be kind of scarce these days on the used market...

I have to remind myself that I have an 8 string Railboard under construction at SE, luckily for me I've been sending them money off and on so the final purchase price will be easy on me, plus I told them to really take their time on it.

It's going to be in a Crafty tuning, as I love 5ths so much....
Seriously sometimes I forget I ordered it, as it was a while back !!

But at some point in time, well into next year I'd say... I'm going for a Grand Stick 34 in scale with the slotted nut screws like the one you have.
