Re: EH Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai
I did get to play with the basic effects last night (not the looping) and it sounds great and is a lot of fun! Definitely higher sound quality than my Digitech BNX3 and even the Line6 Echo Park, plus it's pretty noiseless. All the delay and reverse echo effects work as expected, plus there's a lot more adjustments than I'm used to. You can get some great chorus and phaser effects, plus a lot of weird ones that are hard to describe. Not sure if they are all as fussy about power packs as mine, but would be worth checking polarities before plugging into the amp.
Cheers,
EG

Weird. Mine definitely doesn't work direct to the power pack and even some "nodes" of the daisy chain connector don't work either, just sits there emmitting static and none of the LEDs light up.

Re: EH Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai
No one has actually ever said in any thread I've seen about this pedal. What the HELL does the Hazarai knob do? People are just like "this pedal is great and it has HAZARAI!!". It's so frustrating

Damn, I thought it was Japanese!
Anyway, better clear this up...
The Hazarai knob is a rotary/push control...turning it selects one of the pedal's eight modes...pushing it recalls/stores the preset for the selected mode (where applicable). Simple.
