Hello again, dear friends, I have been recuperating after a long journey. A second round of testing my invention revealed a problem which significantly limits its commercial viability, and I have therefore deferred working on my invention indefinitely. I will keep a guitar which has my invention, just in case a solution presents itself. I reconnected with Gene about a month ago, and I have been thinking Stick thoughts ever since. Some research regarding the Grand Railboard led me to Emmett's mention of the RG12 in a discussion here, and three things became readily apparent:
Hugs all around, I have a lot of reading to do. First, a necro! EDIT: Due to Emmett's advice, I have decided to aim for a bamboo Alto Stick. |

Hey Rob, good to see you pop up again. On Bamboo Alto's , I have one , & I love it! On Fro's , my 16 year old son has one ! Not sure where he got all the curls from, but his name Alfie at school quickly became Alfro. Take care.

Having stayed up all night, I have caught up with all of the thread alerts I missed during my hiatus. It really bothers me that I was not available to answer gear questions, though that is probably exaggerated by my lack of sleep. |
