Post RailStick
So will the Rail board ever be available with closer string spacing, or do most people like the wider string spacings?

I can see how people who do rapid tapping with a two instrument mind set, would like wider string spacing, but for people playing more chord based music, the closer string spacing seems a better option. Closer string spacing seems to lend itself to playing both sides of the stick with one hand, as opposed to playing bass on the left, and Melody on the right.

Personally I would love to see a RailStick. Fashioned after the original 10 string.

I currently have a 10 string Stick on order, but i would love to see a similar plasma coated RailStick. Just a pipe dream. [emoji16]

A 12 string Railroad is what you're describing.

That is called a "10 string grand stick" and does exist, although only in hardwoods and bamboo. I guess it's just a matter of time until they make a Railboard version of it.

In any case, I guess you can call SE and ask them if they can make one like that for you.

The 10-String Grand has the widest string spacing of all the Stick models, not narrower.

My bad, I proposed exactly the opposite of what you were asking...
