Dumb novice question - has anyone produced a chord chart for RMR tuning on a 10 string railboard? I've worked out the basic chords and scales but finding the more advanced chords and inversions quite hard to sort out.
Thanks for any help
Dave

Any tuning in 4ths has the same chord fingerings. Just different placement of frets/strings. If you have access to standard notation of chords , you should be able to adapt

Also, if you have the Stick Book, Free Hands, or Stickology there are a ton of chord diagrams in there that still apply to "raised" Matched Reciprocal... geometry is the same, just the root notes are a bit different is all...

lol I had a copy of "The Stick Book" but it was for Baritone tuning... confused the heck out of me at the time haha

Good luck!

Thanks! I knew it was a dumb question. I will buckle down and get on with getting things sorted out.

Yes I wonder why I had not seen how simple the answer was! Thanks for your reply.

Never a dumb question. The Stick is mysterious, until you realize how magnificently logical it is.
It's "the makes sense" instrument

The melopdy side is the same as the classic tuning, so any resource, Emmett's, mine, Bob's or Steves, applies 100%.

While the shapes are the same, the reference points are really different when they are offset by a whole step in the bass. This especially impacts placement choices based on the octave you want to play the chord in, and swhich string you will use for the root.

First you need to know where the notes are.

Here's something that will help you get going.

More resources to come for RMR...
