Post Listen to my album on soundcloud
Me again,
I just hooked up to soundcloud, took the liberty of uploading my tap guitar album for free streaming. The songs from my past few post are there as well with more on the way.
Enjoy,
Chris

Post Re: Listen to my album on soundcloud
Thanx for listening guys,
No Illinois reference intended. The song Effingham was originally called "Go Away Effingham", named by the drummer at the time. He was a Fedex driver and said he hated to deliver on effingham street. At the time, go away effingham sounded better than,"that slow trance thing in E". Years later I recorded it with the drummer on This album with different syncopation and changes, just called it Effingham.
Naming songs can be challenging when you don't have any lyrics so I usually just pick something thats near by or current and say good enough. Gotta let the song speak for itself.

I've attached some helpful links to my soundcloud post for future views.
Enjoy,
Chris

Chris,

There is some darn good stuff on that album! You should pay that drummer whatever it takes to play your gigs with you and you'd move product. Your writing makes much more sense in context with the drums. Luck into a sax player and I'd pay to see you guys.
