“Shock Tea” is a tribute to the band Shakti. I had the privilege of seeing them a few weeks ago (with Bela Fleck as the incredible opening act). This piece features NS Stick, an Emerald Amicus 12 String Guitar, LinnStrument (violin), and a Korg Wavedrum (Tabla). |

Nice tune! Those samples (violin and tabla) are pretty convincing, which libraries did you use? |

Thanks for the kind words! The tabla is from the Korg Wavedrum which uses a combination of modeling and samples. You can generate different articulations and pitches by applying pressure to the drum head in different positions. The violin is a modeled violin from Audio Modeling played on the LinnStrument. The articulations are applied automatically and pressure, velocity and positioning controls the rest. |
