Hi friends.
Here is a new video. It's a long time that I study this song, and I finaly finished this solo version. Greetings from France.

Wow, that just blew me away, Youenn! Your beautiful arrangement, fluid execution, and consistency of tone are awe inspiring.

As many here can verify, I'm a huge Metheny fan.
I actually gave Pat a mini Stick lesson once. At the same session I had the honor of doing a 30 minute jam with him (he was back on geeeetar).
I play many of his tunes
This video is a very good performance of this wonderful tune, named in tribute to James Taylor.
Congrats on a great arrangement and video

Wow...what a great performance you did Youenn. This song is not easy to play. I know you a bit more since our seminar at Correns in August 2018. I know how you work hard to achive that kind of playing. Like you my friend...beautiful job again.

The fingers are interwoven. The rhythm is understood, emanating from both hands and from all sectors of the fretboard at once (not the orthodox RH melody with LH accompaniment carrying the rhythm).

I appreciate the discipline and a certain purity in his music and Stick technique, full and spare at the same time. Many thanks Youenn, for making it look so easy and sound so beautiful.
