In a controlled but slightly frantic practice mode. Gig on Thursday night at a restaurant I've done a couple of open mics at. But this one is for real. Sharing night with a friend who is a very cool Acoustic Guitarist, think Michael Hedges inspired kind of stuff. Anyway , my set list is ready, as below. Some covers , some instrumentals, fair variety of stuff to show what the Stick is about ( hopefully) . Especially looking forward to my guest vocalist on Marvin Gayes Whats Going On, ( my wife) , she used to sing full time pretty much with her own bands, rare that we get together musically and keep calm ( ! ) , but its sounding nice on the Grand. Will report back Friday.

Hint if you need...on your guitar duo jam, play E dorian which is just a D major scale with an E resolution. It's the Santana progression. Our Simply Red tune is the same, down a step.
