Stick Tune - Adrift
I thought I'd make this Greg Howard day today. I have the day off, and while I SHOULD be hammering down on some Bach or something I thought I'd try something different... Well, for me anyways. Scott's Musical Reign Of Terror (Wednesday version) continues... I had lots of fun with this one, a bit hard on the brain in spots with the key changes, and that one measure of 4/4... But hey, I kind of put my own stamp on it without hurting it too bad; even included a solo with lots of 4ths going on in there... Still lots of work to be done. Again, I spent probably twice as much time on this as I normally would... Enjoy! https://soundcloud.com/jayesskerr/stick-adrift

Re: Stick Tune - Adrift
Another great Greg cover! Wow! What an awesome reign of terror!
Are you playing all of these in 4th tunings? Which I believe you are, which makes it awesome that the tuning doesn't get in the way of the song.
I'm not trying to start a (-nother) tuning war. I just thought that it was interesting that you can play all of these songs, and then also play them with a differently-tuned Stick.
Rock on, brother Scott!
[Bows his unworthiness..]

[Bows his unworthiness..] Steve, Rodrigo - Thanks for checking them out. The exact tuning is a non-issue, but it does sound quite different. I spent probably twice the amount of time I would normally spend... Makes 'em twice as Scottly...

Sounded great Thanks for checking it out. I probably could have done a better job on it, but I also did three other GH tunes besides this one on the same day. Quantity vs quality thing I guess, but I think it makes for a good start.... Friday the 13th today, I wonder what I should do...
