Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge Monkees fan.
Here's a little fun I had recently.

Wow! That was awesome! I'm a secret Monkees fan (well, not so secret, now!) and that song looked fun and not terribly intimidating to get the two voices working together. Great tune and very well done--you can rock some Monkees anytime! 8-)

Bravo. Thanks for posting.

Its very inspiration to see good musicians getting to grips with the Stick and gradually building up their chops. I'm nearly 2 years in and slowly getting round to playing full tunes without monstrous clangs or slips of tempo. This is a really inspiration to keep going, thank you

Very cool! My old band Illiterate Diplomats was an original band but we did "select" covers. Stepping Stone was our hat's off to the Monkees. I Can Feel Your Heartbeat was our nod to the Partridge Family. On Stick I've done The Way you Do by Melissa Ethredge w/ my girlfriend singin'. She can rattle drywall.

That was great! I'm a little, over 2 years in as well and still stumbling my way through my foolishly constantly expanding setlist lol! Really well done!

What are you using for backing tracks for the drums? I'm not well educated on these things.
