anyone here use sy-300 with external midi controller?

in general i have strymon bigsky+mobius+boss dd-500 which are quite easy to setup with MIDI controller ( i use the source audio soleman)

so what midi commands should i use in order to bypass/not bypass the sy-300 or turn th CTL1 on or off ?

can't find that anywhere in the manual -also the midi implements PDF didn't help..

Hi Boaz. The Strymon pedals are pretty easy to setup - agreed. Now that I am picking away at this, I am being reminded that I have been not able to activate the sy-300 using my Disaster Area Midi controller. The behavior is unexpected. I should be able to hold down the DA middle pedal to activate and deactivate the pedal. Instead, it's reverting it back to patch 00. I think I have worked around this by disengaging all effects on this setting.

Not much help. I will make a call over to Roland this week for what's it worth and get back to you on what I can find out.

The documentation is not very helpful and I am not seeing an abundance of programming videos for the SY-300. I'm still a fan though, it's a very versatile pedal and I haven't even scratched the surface of the multi-effects.

Well I know how to recall specific patch. But that's about it.
Cannot control if it's bypassed or not have ctl turned or not.
And off course more advanced features.
