2nd run of Lap Bars from Brian Baggett Wood Craft
I have recently completed 12 new Lap Bars: 3-Walnut, 3-Padauk, 3-Curly Cherry, 3-Purple Heart, all with different hardwood mosaic decorative pieces. Four have sold before I could make this announcement. If interested, don't sit on this too long. The last run sold out within 18 hours. Each are a triple layer of hardwood and measure at 50x4.2x1.8 cm (19.5x2x.75 in). And each feature decorative pieces of locally harvested Burled Maple, amongst arranged colors of hardwood mosaics by my design. $125 Canadian Dollars each, plus $30 shipping to Canada & the US, or $40 shipping world wide. Current inventory and ordering/purchase option with PayPal is listed on the link below. Detailed descriptions and photos with enlargements are found on each listing. https://brianbaggettwoodcraft.ca/produc ... y/lap-bar/

As I've mentioned here in limited fashion...I originally made one of these for myself, plain...no decorative pieces. But the same identical "paddle" design. It was easy and simple. The wide paddle ends rest well on your thighs (no rocking forward movement). The thin part (13 mm) fits inside the belt hook perfect. And as Greg mentioned in a post on the first run announcement...there's no "angled part" or deep vertical section for the belt hook. This allow the Stick to move left or right however the player wants, instead of being stationary and rigid. Thanks for the interest all. If these last two go quick, I may do a 3rd run in the near future. Contact me if you want to reserve one. - baggetthouse@gmail.com

Those are really beautifully done. Love your woodwork! Not surprised they're selling so fast.

A shout out to/for Brian....
I ordered one of his lap bars yesterday. I had a couple of questions for him prior to ordering, and he was very quick to reply, and both helpful and nice. I placed my order yesterday and by last night I received an email from him with tracking info.
Brian was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Thanks again, Brian.

Re: 2nd run of Lap Bars from Brian Baggett Wood Craft
SOLD OUT. Everyone, many thanks for this. I've been doing wood art for 5 years now. Thankfully, everything I create eventually sells (mostly decor/art friction-top boxes). 90% of it is sold in live, face to face markets, as these items must be seen, held, touched to be appreciated. The other 10% are the occasional mail-order through my wood craft site. It's nice to finally have an item that keeps me busy packing and shipping for a solid day. Ha. Here's to much more, I hope. Looks like I may do a 3rd run of these Lap Bars, probably starting mid October. If you are interested, email me - baggetthouse@gmail.com - If you pre-order in advance, I may be able to use the wood color you want. Or at least give you first dibs before announcing to the rest of the world. Otherwise, I can notify you as soon as I post the new ones. All the best...

Re: 2nd run of Lap Bars from Brian Baggett Wood Craft
Hi - I ordered one of Brian's lap bars but will not be able to use it. It arrived today and is still in the box ready to be reshipped to a US buyer. I've got the go-ahead from Brian to resell here.
I paid $155 including shipping. Will let it go for $130. Includes shipping.
Let me know.
