Uh... With these rails, musta been refurbished after 2000.

No...looks like Fret Rods. Everything on the Stick looks to be original for that era. I will guess #800 something was made in 1993-94. My Maple #1283 was built in 1996 and had identical features. I had Dual Nut Flaps installed in 2005.
