I met the lady, she is a widow and her husband has some stuff (most of it looked unplayed) which includes a stick

it's in a hard case, has an older looking (not 4 way) truss rod system, fretrods, a lapdawg installed. it looks close to unplayed

I'd told her I'd let the community know -she's really nice, just a little overwhelmed by dealing with everything so i wanted to help out and post here.

(just to be clear, I'm not an agent, I didn't put up the ad or anything....I just meant if ther is anything I can do to facilitate. Like if you have a specific detail I can look at and report to you I'd be happy to because she doesn't play stick)

unfortunately she is recently widowed, which is why she's overwhelmed and she's dealing equipment she knows nothing about - so I try to help her with information when I can

Does anyone have suggestions to exchange funds for the subject Stick and avoid possible scam for either party involved?

A couple of years ago I sold here a Kelstone to a guy close to Denver...I live in Canada (Québec) and this guy trusted me by sending me money with PayPal. I just sent him the instrument and many times I told him where it was...with a trace number I had from the company. I know it can be risky and you have to take care. We never know the person we're dealing with. I thank again this guy who trusted me and I hope he's still happy with the Kelstone.

I did talk to the seller today -- the stick has been sold (to a younger guy which is cool, b/c getting into the instrument can be financially challenging for those in that phase of their lives)
