This looks like a beautiful instrument... but are you sure it has a 36" scale?

I ask because the inlay pattern looks like the original 34" scale - there isn't an "X" fret which puts more space between the nut and the first dot inlay.

The other thing that looks odd is the fact that this instrument has the adjustable (individual) nut screws, which were phased out with the Flaps dual nut unit - which happened sometime in 2000, according to Stick Enterprises' own timeline, but the 36" scale hardwood instruments weren't generally available until 2003 or so.

On the bright side, this makes it somewhat of a rarity among all the SB-8 instruments, most of which do have the Flaps dual nut... :)
