I've rediscovered PhilJonesBass on my quest, but they're really expensive. Anyone has experience with their stuff?

I bought a Phil Jones Suitcase and I love it. It is 200+ watts and 300 watts with a cabinet extension. The pre-amps are REALLY good (4.7MOhms), I like the sound more than any other stick pre-amp that I tried / used. The only missing thing in this amp is that, although it has 2 independent channels, it only has a single effect loop. They are cheap but to me the sound is worth every $

Cheers, Daniel.

I picked up an SWR workingman 4X10 for about 350, not too bad. I bought a Tech21 landmark 300 to go with it. The Landmark 300 is a kinda cool amp that I've not heard much about, but I've found it to be fun and definitely tweakable.
