Tagg Interface = Must Have
Boy oh boy, do I like this thing. Picked it up off of Gene, just got it in the mail and holy cow do I like it a lot! Literally the difference between playing the Stick, and selling two sticks - for me. Awesome, now I just have to get used to it! Hindsight is 20/20 I guess... I wish I would have just bought one of these in 2014. Thanks, Gene!

On the other side is my PA, a bunch of amplifiers, my drum kits and my violin... Lots of tools and colours for creative work... One very, very cool thing is that I can now wear a guitar while I play the stick. That opens up a whole ton of possibilities... Loop a stick riff, go nuts over it with guitar... I have been playing Stick non-stop for about 4 hours now tonight. My left hand is free to move now, I love it...

Beautiful! I do see a high end Ibanez in the back rack.

I got one myself and use it when I want to play keyboards and Stick at the same time. I haven't used it in a bit--you make me want to get it back out and play with it some more. I'd love to see you rocking the guitar and Stick at the same time. That'd be cool! And you've finally figured out the optimal (for you) way to get your left hand on everything you want. That's so awesome, too! I know it's been a long journey along the way figuring things out. Can't wait for the videos!

Re: Tagg Interface = Must Have
Great to hear Scott. It's been a nice tool to have in the toolbox when managing multiple instruments and being short on time. It does take some getting used and it's awfully in the way of the pedalboard, which makes it most ideal for long practice sessions - as you have observed and shared. I'm hopeful young Andy Prokopyk can provide some way forward for us. He's got a lead on cutting one using a 3-d modeler. I'll have to send him my usual "What exactly are you doing all day long?" message. Thanks for sharing your story, I only wish I had more. Soon.

Still breaking some old, grippy habits, but I am quite happy with this... it’s funny how some simple things can have such a profound effect on how we practice and play, the influence is amazing.

Re: Tagg Interface = Must Have
I finally bought a cymbal stand for my tagg. I've had it for a few months. You pushed me to get it going , and holy cow. I understand what you mean with the grippy thing, it's hard letting go of the thumb. It allows me to play from either side of the stick with both hands, wow. My only issue is that I have to stand up. I wish my cymbal stand was able to go lower so I can play it sitting down, when I feel like it. I guess I could use like a bar stool type of seat. Thanks for the encouragement.
