Post New Stick case ques
Hi Guy's,
Just received a new Stick case from Stick Enterprises.
A little hard to close ,I suppose the new foam.
Is this common with a new Stick case? Any chance of string braking due to the hard foam pressing down on fingerboard?

Advanced thanks,
Jeff

All is well. Not to worry. Strings can hang with the pressure.

You want the foam to press on the Stick. A tight fit is good. It keeps the Stick secure so it won’t rattle around in the case

Thanks, I was worried that the strings pressing down on the rails would be a problem. As well as pressing on the pickup.

Worried about the strings being pushed against the pickup. Before fastening the case ,once the lid is down their is a 1/2" or so gap before pushing lid down to locking position.
