A new gold plasma 10-string Railboard!!! WOW! I didn't even know you were thinking of getting one. How incredibly blingly awesome! That is definitely the coating I'd go with.

I'm a tiny bit surprised you went with another 10-string RB instead of a 12. I'd think you'd want one of each, although the weight is heavier on the 12s.

But wow!!! Can't wait to see and hear you play it!

Looks great Rod !

Any tuning changes from your previous Railboard?
Otherwise why two exact railboards?

It’s a thing of beauty isn’t it? I use two sticks in my shows depending mainly on the tone I want: the 10 string railboard for Bach and a couple of other instrumentals and a 12 string with a stickup for the singing and some traditional music. I can’t afford to not have either one, the whole thing depends on those two instruments. Since the old Railboard needed to go back to SE for some maintenance this one takes it’s place for now. Somewhere down the line I will have to get another grand. In the end, god willing, I’ll have two of both. Can you imagine having to go on stage and not have a stick? :)

The Golden Rod - brilliant!

And as the famous 14th Century Ancient Chinese philosopher foresaw, " One cannot have too many Chapman Sticks"

especially when they are put to use the way you do. Exciting times. :D

Now I think I want another having seen that..............................
