Good Morning World
Had my little gig last night all went pretty well.
Small Audience , but thats Ok , relaxed vibe.
Another good step along the way, got through about 50 minutes of material which is the most I have ever done in one stretch.
My critical audio friends tell the sound was cool, so it seems my pedal board tweaking is going OK. The TC electronic Hall of Fame reverb might be small but its worth the $.
Other firsts, got through "whats on on " using the grand with my wife singing,she wasnt totally thrilled with her performance but it was OK.
Played and sang "Little Wing " for the first time. It was my highlight. Also has a few FX changes s from overdrive in solos back to ambient delays. Something else to concentrate on for me.
"Mad World" got an Instrumental run at the end. Made it mostly unscathed , also its first outing.
Good night for the Just Do It philosophy.
Very ably supported by Mark Fisher who reminds me lots of the Guitarist Billy McLaughlin from Minneapolis.
