So thats it for few weeks, managed to get out 4 times in just under 2 weeks. I was late getting there tonight after more homely duties delayed me like feeding the hungry hordes at home. Consequently the board was full but luckily the guy who runs it wanted to have the Stick again & so he slipped in a little 10 min slot. Two pieces only tonight, New Blue & The one with a Latin kind of feel. Short & sweet , but fun, place was packed this time. Usually I leave these two to last as the " best ones" but with no slower warm up pieces it was straight to it. No problem, though it took a moment to adjust to the sound & feel of things , happy enough and I took the Electro-Harmonix Cathedral reverb tonight for the melody side , adding some subtle but nice Ambience. Bass side through an old Ibanez Chorus, set pretty light. Back to work unfortunately next week but plenty to carry on with on board the ship , toying with taking the Standard instead of the Alto this time. . |

Bruce! Another one down. Good job. You're gonna have to get someone to film you doing a song or two so we can live more vicariously through your exploits! |

Awesome, Bruce. I gotta get out and do some solo stick at open mics too. It would surely help me get where I want to be on the instrument much faster. |
