Re: Free Hands Friday #69 - PEDALBAORDS
I was thinking of saving up for a C9 pedal. How do you like it with the Stick, Boaz? I've tried it and the B9 tapping on a guitar and was very impressed. I'd imagine it would be a good fit? This one is said to workThis seller says the pressure pad went out on this one

Keep in mind that there are parts for these boxes that are no longer manufactured so if you are looking to SE to repair these, it is probable that they will not be able to help you.
I will check with Emmett to see if we can broach this subject on Friday, January 22's session.

Re: Free Hands Friday #69 - PEDALBAORDS
the C9 sound great with the stick as long as you don't go too high (connected it to melody side-have't tried it on Bass)
there's also the B9 (more organs) which also sounds good and K9 (electric pianos) - my least favourite

Unusual choice of pedals, Boaz! Quite curious to listen how a Stick can sound through those stompboxes...

Re: Free Hands Friday #69 - PEDALBAORDS
I've been a long-time multi-fx units supporter, but eventually got rid of them (HD500 and a couple of Zoom units) to concentrate on playing rather than knob-tweaking. However, one can never get cured of GAS completely, so here's my current little gigbag-pocket-sized board: (sans MF-102, which is a great unit, but too large to carry around. I consider replacing it with MF ring + external LFO)

Sorry I can't make it this time. Generally, the entire stage in front of me is my pedal board... there might be some dancing...a thread on the subject here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6849&p=51356&hilit=pedals#p51356

Re: Free Hands Friday #69 - PEDALBAORDS
My god, Greg, that's an awesome setup! I was just thinking to myself that I don't have a single physical effects box, other than an old fuzz pedal, because I've been using digital effects--mainly Guitar Rig for about 80% of my formerly-guitar stuff. It's what I'm still using for the Sticks and I'm happy so far with the tones I'm getting but I have no pedals to trigger any patch changes or to play live at all (short of using a mouse or keyboard as an interface with the MacBook Pro, and that ain't sexy.) I'm looking through the thread link you gave and trying to match the gear with the diagram--thanks for that, by the way! My Gear Acquisition Syndrome has flared up so hard reading through this thread!
