Same author has some interesting perspectives on remembering where notes are on the fretboard. This info applies to the Stick as well. He treats the strings as 'pairs of strings'. It would be interesting to plot out the different blocks depending on the type of tuning. See attached photo for an example of 12 string matched reciprocal and 10 string classic.

you can load the diagram into a really cool svg graphics web app
and add any extra notations you'd like. i just tried it and it loads the diagrams from the gadget just fine
