WOW! Dan, you are a hero. Seriously man, what would we do without you?!

One more reason it's called a Chapman Stick and not an Emmett Stick. Famiglia!

Dan = the man

Thanks.

I don't think FHA 2015 is set in stone yet. Maybe Gene will comment here about that. It would really be great to finally meet you, Jan.

The same! The same, indeed!

Will write about the plans as they evolve. But if everything works out then it will be crazy times involving a bike ride through the whole of Russia, shipping the bike to Alaska or elsewhere in Canada/USA and make it to Orlando within two months time. I have a reunion thing with a show group I toured with back in the days early august in Orlando. And do gigs in August/september and fly home with the bike. Either that or just fly over for the reunion and FHA/gigs and then fly home again. But that plan is MUCH less fun even if camping in the wilderness alone in far east Russia scares the living daylight out of me! Have gigs in Germany in late May so I can´t leave before that.

Anyone has suggestions regarding festivals/gigs in august/september next year in USA/Canada? Most likely two people. Piano/vox and Stick. Perhaps three if we´re able to bring the drummer. We´ll see. But all recommendations are welcome! I should perhaps start another thread about this. To stay ON topic in this thread! But please feel free to PM if anyone have any suggestions. Anyway. Hope to make it to FHA next year!

Thanks for the kind words, Gene. It's all EMMETT.

Here is a list of the sections with timecode, in case you want to jump around or see individual segments within the discussion. Something I just discovered on Vimeo that works on some browsers, if you select "Read More" you will see this list with timecode. Then you can click on a time and instantly jump to that section.

Watching this video again and loving the ending where everybody is getting the room setup for yoga. I missed this part as I was wrapping cables and heading down to setup for Stick Night. Great to see all those familiar faces, setting up the room and coming together to learn.

So much fantastic content here, thank you Dan.

Thanks so much, Gene for everything you've done to make this community grow. There are a lot of favorite moments in this gathering of great Stickists. I especially like Steve's "Johnny Appleseed" intro for Emmett (00:31:35) which is personally very meaningful for me.

I will have much more to come. I'd like to encourage those who are interested in watching, to please go to my donation page at CHAPDOC.COM to support the work on my documentary, EMMETT. I can't finish it without your help. It will take seed money to make it grow.

* Little known fact: I was named after Johnny Appleseed.

My legal first name is John. Our parents named me John Daniel, but never called me John. So I grew up being Danny.
