How do you practice?
How do you practice the majority of the time?

Re: How do you practice?
Normally standing with amp but with headphones when my wife's watching tv in the room so I don't disturb her

Re: How do you practice?
Standing with headphones and, of course, I meticulously record all my sessions. I need a bigger hard drive.

Re: How do you practice?
When I get a song idea, I stand up and plug into an amp. When I'm doing scales and exercises, I sit down and use a headphone amp (this way I don't drive the girlfriend insane ).

Re: How do you practice?
I think this should be a checkbox poll instead of a radio button poll. I do most of the above from time to time and depending on the time of day. I haven't checked one because none of them are even the majority of my practices.

Cool; just a note to say that it's great to see others using the polls feature. It's a great snapshot of comparative info from users, which reflects the spirit of this great community - collaboration!

Re: How do you practice?
I prefer sitting using phones and a Korg px5d, but after several practice sessions, I experience noise hangover-to go along with my sensorineural hearing loss. ...... So now I've moved my amp under the kitchen table.....ahhh.....apartment living.

Re: How do you practice?
Mostly standing up with headphones as to not wake up the kids (I usually practice in the evening). But lately, I also practice standing and unplugged. Whenever I have a spare 5 minutes, I take the stick and practice unplugged, usually to train stuff like scales and independence.
