Post Which Bach Invention should I learn?
My SG-12 has been very lonely and I’d like to play a Bach Invention on it. Inventions 1 and 4 have been done multiple times by other Stick folks, so I’d like to do something that hasn’t been done on Stick (at least not that I can easily find on a Youtube search). These are the four that I’m motivated to learn, help me pick one to get started on.

Thanks!

Like trying to pick your favorite child, but 13 has always been one of my favorites. Good luck, Claire and rock it out!

After learning No. 1 I started on No. 13. I haven't gotten very far but I think it can be done on an SG and sound great.

Lucky 13 seems to be the early favorite!

Thanks for the feedback so far, I'm going to give this poll a week and plan on starting whichever invention is in the lead next weekend.

I plan on posting a video, but it will likely take a fair bit of time to learn it. I have some other stuff to record that I hope to post in the meantime.

I'm preferential to 8, but Japhlet already did that one :D The left hand parts in 9 are glorious though. 8 is a bucket list invention for me. Whichever you chose, it's going to sound great and I expect you'll score it too. I can't wait!

I'd really love to hear you play 8. With an Angela Hewitt sensitivity

Your touch would be wonderful on that one.
