So I had been posting frequently. Then my family was prepping for a 2nd knee replacement for my 38 year old wife on the same knee as the first. While raising a humongous 2.5 year old (40", 35lb) with developmental delay.

So I had a hiatus of sorts.

To reward me for making it through with her, my wife is sending me to Free Hands Academy 2014. I watched the video on that site. I watched Gene Perry's tour of the campus. For the experienced folk, how should I prepare to get the most out of it that I can?
