Re: Railboard has arrived! Thanks, guys! It's been humbling, but quite a bit of fun as well. There's not much of a way to prepare for how it actually feels and plays until you experience it personally. The sound right out of the box is just sweet! I find it quite weird (sometimes hilarious) trying to "solo" with my right hand. Using it to fret isn't the weirdest thing, as I enjoyed tapping on guitars...but it's a lot different having it add a few legato notes as opposed to doing everything. On Cambria's recommendation, I went with the white-glitter dot inlays. She was nice and included a copy of "Free Hands", but it doesn't do a whole lot for DMR tuning when it comes to all the chordal stuff. I'll have to get Greg's "Stick Book" for that. mcgrahamhk wrote: What tuning did you opt for? I went with the deep matched reciprocal, medium gauge.
