Kudos to Cambria!
I am certain there are many who share my appreciation for Cambria - what a great person to work with! She doesn't appear to be a member, but I'm guessing someone here knows her and can pass along our stories about her excellent customer service. Perhaps some of you have additional stories about others at Stick Enterprises?
I'm still waiting on mine to arrive and considering asking for daily photos - sort of like ultrasounds. Have a stellar day!

Re: Kudos to Cambria!
She is amazing. If I had a company I’d hire her away in a heartbeat.

Re: Kudos to Cambria!
I've dealt with Cambria, Yuta, AND Grace Chapman! It's nice to get a warm voice and heart on the phone!

Re: Kudos to Cambria!
My Railboard was ordered mid-November, and should ship out tomorrow! There were a few delays, but my quoted wait time of 3-4 months was accurate enough. It would have been completed a bit sooner, had there been available "R-Blocks" at the time of my order. The Railboard was completed March 1st, but delayed 4 weeks for the XLR adapter cables to be restocked and shipped with the order.
That being said, I was a pretty patient guy for the first 3 months, trying to keep the Railboard off of my mind...but that became impossible when Cambria let me know it was completed on March 1st! Then, I was like a kid on Christmas morning, pacing around and wondering when it would ship out. Needless to say, this month has been tough!
All in all, I could not ask more from Cambria...
--She asked if I had any Stick experience, as she was concerned what "habits" I would have developed from playing guitar for so many years.
--While I kindly declined, she did offer to track down someone in my area so that I could possibly try one out before committing to a purchase.
--She advised against my choice of rust inlays on a blue board, essentially saying that the contrast would be underwhelming--that it would not "pop" enough.
She's really been a huge help, and I have never experienced CS like that before. While the delays were frustrating, I know it had nothing to do with Cambria; I just figure that's a part of operating within such a small, dedicated company. What I DO appreciate is SE taking the time to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Re: Kudos to Cambria!
Indeed!
Cambria had dropped me a line unprompted about 2 months ago because I'd commented on another thread that it looked like the R-Blocks still (sadly) weren't in stock at that time, so I'd be waiting a bit longer. Cambria had seen the post and reached out just to let me know and reassure it was all being progressed.
THAT is pretty responsive!
