Post New member and beginner stick player
Hello----A new member from Omaha, Nebraska. Just ordered my new Railboard from Stick. Hoping to get it by October. Looking for stick players in the Midwest area (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado). Would like to email and converse to share ideas. I'm totally new to this and will be a new beginner. Currently watching Bob Culbertsons dvd's and Greg Howard dvd's and reading his books. Hope to get a little head start. Any ideas and comments send them my way

Welcome to the forum.
What type of music do you like?
Do you play any other instruments?

Well hello there, welcome. I'm not new here, but definitely a beginner also! Tapping is pretty cool stuff!

I am a self taught acoustic guitar player (so, so). I play for my own enjoyment. my genre of choice is celtic/irish. I also enjoy playing a hammer dulimcer. My interest in the stick came from listening to Mark White from Texas on u-tube.

Trevor Stewart down in Wichita, KS who I mentioned in an earlier post is also a hammer dulcimer player - You should send him an email or maybe he will see this thread - He's a very humble guy and very approachable
