Took a week longer than eBay reported it would, but it's here safe and sound, and on the same day that my new strings from Stick arrived! Presenting #5989 Rosewood, tuned to Matching Reciprocal! Now to learn the darn thing, and I've got 3-6 months before the wooden stick's new shinier blue Railboard brother is born and delivered by Stick Storks. |

Got too much going on today. I actually had to leave it right after unboxing it to take the kids to a carnival today. It came from USPS without any warning right as we were leaving (it has been "in transit" since the 19th). "Sorry, kids, let Daddy unbox his new Chapman Stick and then we're on the way!" Then I got violently ill on the first ride at the carnival, all over myself, and had to come home early. Good times. But I owe the kids a makeup for the vomit-comet this morning. |

Cool, nice pics. I am curious about your very first impressions fiddling with it. And are you sure that you did not get sick so you could get home sooner to play your stick? (There was supposed to be a laughy icon here but it didn't work.) This is a pretty weird forum engine about things like that. In any case, congrats again! Don
