kinda figured out where this started. but, seriously, folks, some people are so self-absorbed, thin-skinned, and precious they're not worth the effort. i once critiqued someone's cover tune choice saying the song sucks by the original writer, and the person quit Stickist.com. i PM'd them appologising but that wasn't good enough. if you're truly a musician, you gotta grow some balls. (PLEASE, no offense Songbird Robin)

Robin, no offense at all but I'm just checking: you're a dude then? From context, I thought that you were trying to say--"Hey, who you calling a dude?" but in plain fact, dudes have an X and Y chromosome and the ladies are rocking the DOS ECHIS (two Xs).

I am a Y-chromosomer (dude) as well, but I think that this site and any and every site could do with some more viewpoints than just the male one. I also want my daughter to play Stick and I've seen video evidence that females play Stick, but if I only went by this forum, I'd think there are very, very, very, very few females that also play. And that's crap! (respectfully!) But nice to meet you, whatever genetics you're rocking!

I was thinking that's what she meant, or else that's an odd comment for a dude to make to another dude complaining that there's not enough womanfolk around here.

I hate to bring her up in a thread with such negative vibes, but has anyone heard from Abby lately? Her Fuseboxx Facebook page has been pretty active, seems like her band is keeping busy 8-)

Judging by her Facebook and recent Instagram posts i get :D , she's very busy just getting on with the job of being a Musician and Stick player.
