Railboard photos
If you check out the Stick site it shows a few photos of the color choices for Railboards but it doesn't match up the color photo with the color word. Yeah we can tell what's black and green but other colors aren't so clear. Also there aren't a lot of photos of Railboards in general considering the color choices and there's no official information in regard linear markers on Railboards. The only markers they show and talk about are indented aluminum dots. They offer liner markers but don't talk about them. So the reason for this thread is to ask those with Railboard to please take photos, different angles, front, side, close up of your linear markers if you have them along with letting us know the color in words! (Which one is plum, what's maroon?) I personally am playing with the idea of ordering a Railboard in the future so am looking for as much "Railboard porn" and information as possible.
I look forward to all your photos!

Re: Railboard photos
Check out http://stick.com/instruments/hotshots/. It does organize the railboard photos by color. But I agree it would be nice to have more photos. Photos showing the variety of fret markers, tuners, etc. for each of the colors. Also, did I hear mention of glowing markers for the railboard at yesterdays FHF? Maybe have a stick of the month!

Re: Railboard photos
You can see fairly crappy pictures of my Railboard in my New Stick Day thread. The details are as follows: - Black
- Hipshot Black and Gold Open Gear Tuners
- Aqua Glow Linear Inlays
- Raised Matched Reciprocal
- Medium Strings on Both Sides
You can see how broad the glow epoxy linear inlays are, and I absolutely love them in all light conditions (as I effused in Free Hands Friday Episode 52).

Thanks for the link. It does show some photos with an explanation of the color, example which is plum and which is maroon. I'm surprised however that few people he added to this thread. I was hoping a lot of people would post photos. Well ... hopefully the thread isn't already dying.

You can see how broad the glow epoxy linear inlays are, and I absolutely love them in all light conditions (as I effused in Free Hands Friday Episode 52). Was the inlays custom? The glow inlays are mentioned as options for the 10 string non-Railboard, but not mentioned as an option for the Railboard. Photos of several combinations of sticks would be most useful. Example: I see very few (none?) that have the closed tuners. I do hope this thread continues, or that the hotshots can be extended to include more photos.

I think people saw the link to the gallery and didn't think they could add any more. But I'll add this link to a photo gallery of my Railboard from a year ago, when I first got it: http://lucbergeron.zenfolio.com/p849265570
