Hi Guy's,
Trying to find 12 PASV 4 pickup adjustment screws.
Any idea where to look?

There are several different adjustment screws you could be referring to.

There are the module height screws, medium-sized hex-head screws located under the module. to raise the whole module, first loosen the two large phillips head screws on the top and then turn these four screws each the same amount, counterclockwise.

The individual pickups have three screws each for height adjustment, as shown on the diagram on this page:

and the balance trimpot for balancing the bass relative to the melody outs in mono is on the melody side of the module (also shown in the diagram).

Pull one out, go to a machinist ask for some replacements;easy as that. I'd be curious though as to why they need replacing, if they are stripped or corroded, that might be an issue (not everyone has a tap and die set for these situations... :D )

Call SE, probably a good start...
