I live at about 2h from Montréal (Shawinigan) but I don't know what you can do with this pedal. I looked at YouTube and didn't find anything.

I have a friend with one that still works. I cleaned it up and tried it out three years ago: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6634Some gear freaks have shelled out as much as $900 for these in good condition.

Are there ground rules for Exotic pedals? Do Canadians get dibs since it was discovered in Montreal?

This subject came up again and I'm sure I'll hear it again tonight. Curious, what is a fair price for a fully functional pedal? Is there a resource for such pedals, or has EBay thrown a monkey wrench at values? I say that as a recent trade I did the saleman actually looked on EBay as a resource.

I always enjoyed Forrest M. Mims III Engineer's Mini Notebooks. Check out the strain gauges from pages 28-31. http://cnqzu.com/library/Anarchy%20Folder/Electronics%20and%20Communications/Electronics/Engineer's%20Mini-Notebook%20Sensor%20Projects%20-%20Forrest%20Mims.pdfThis could easily be used to achieve the same effect that is found in the Patch of Shades pedal.
