Change 12-string MR to 12-string standard = change strings?

 Re: Change 12-string MR to 12-string standard = change strin I was playing MR for quite a while, and decided to go Classic… tuned the melody side up with no problems at all and the tension feels great…. I have medium gauge.

I have put one picture into the Gallery section -- it's the most recent one labelled "Grand Stick 1496 at home" but I forgot to rotate it so it's resting. Once my good camera charges (just moved house, charger misplaced) I'll try and get some beauty shots.

Re: Change 12-string MR to 12-string standard = change strin I was in MR, using MR set, then tune to Classic using those strings, and now tuned back to MR. I like the space between the hands and I like the timbre of the strings.

Re: Change 12-string MR to 12-string standard = change strin CORRECTION! after speaking with Greg this morning, I realized that I had tuned from Classic to MR, NOT the other way around. So if you have MR on your stick, DO NOT try to go to CLassic… Bad things will ensue!!
