Since you say "Friggin'" you might as well say F#...

F# is what it stands for. All 5ths mneumonic. Mel Bay allowed this in my book. During live skype lessons, I use a more colorful word

In response to your original post, I am using the automotive vinyl pinstriping tape. I had a roll of thin tape in my garage, so I tried it. It works well, and I am able to remove it cleanly. I did not want anything permanent. If the tape comes off over time, I am fine with replacing it with a new piece of pinstriping tape. For me, it is better than paint or magic marker.

Thanks, Paul. Railboard/aluminum or wood? I picked up a roll of the Avery dots at an office supply, & will try them once my Railboard arrives. Automotive pinstriping tape will be my next try if the Avery fits don’t stick! :)
