I'm sorry to hear this. I have struggled with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome a lot (like Carpal Tunnel but the lower half of the hand goes numb instead of the thumb and first 3 fingers). I found making sure my arm is straight when I go to bed was a great way of letting the swelling go down and allow the muscles, and nerves be in the most simple resting state. A trapped nerve is worse but hopefully this approach might help P |
