I am seeking sources of sheet music already in Stafftab, which i find to be an incredibly efficient and enormously helpful tool for one as musically challenged as I am. I already have Greg Howard's excellent books.(WOULD LOVE MOE OPTIONS popular, classical, a little Methany perhaps, I'll even take show tunes!) written in Stafftab - published or archived? Plus 1 Besides the books you mentioned, there's not much out there for Stick. You may want to join the new web site created by the Stick Science guy. As part of the membership, he transcribes tunes in his version of notation, then has videos with tips on how to play them. He posted the membership information right here on stickist. |

StaffTab is not so far removed from music written on the Grand Staff. As you explore it, you can annotate frets, strings and fingerings as you desire. As a person interested in StaffTab, perhaps you can be one of the trailblazers and convert some music to StaffTab? |

I was planning a mission to pretty much notate everything I have into StaffTab just so it would be on record. Very slow getting that off the ground but I have three originals notated and a video to go along with them. http://www.121normal.com/resources/charts/stick/ |
