I like how you and the keyboard player switched the spotlight so easily, not to mention how restrained the players were, which simply added suspense. Great job!
Well bitch slap me with Love and Enthusiasm...!! Thanks gents. I think we lost Emmett on the 80s side of things.... if I'm reading that correctly.

Speaking of the 80s, that song took me straight back to Metroid. That makes me young by most Stickists' standards, but probably a bit old by Andy's. The tune which came to mind starts about eight minutes into this speed run:

That's hilarious Rob. I am a big sic fi fan and I have my techno-centric preferences but this is taking it a little too far...!

Boss/Roland design far too many extraneous, and not very accurate in the case of sounds like sitars and banjos, effects into these boxes for Stickists. I'll curate my efforts better than that. Lots of well-placed notes, some reverb, maybe variable filtering is what sounds good to me. Having said that, I think Gene and Stickrad are on to something. Chris ps. I love the 10-string rosewood with MIDI + PASV-4. I might try a Railboard next!

Hi Chris/Alain.
I really appreciate your generous comments.!
Chris, I'm happy you dug the blend of filters, strings etc. I'm definitely interested in what different blends I can create in the trio, from the foundation of Stick. Kelly has some great sounds and is really into that side of things, lucky for me.
Hey Rob. It's funny how people come up to me and say, "you should write music for film, or a game." Now Jerry Goldsmith may be my greatest hero, but I'm not about to waste a whole bunch of time rendering a gaming soundtrack, when I can bring the soundtrack to the stage. I'm having way too much fun..!

Yeah, it's cool stuff Stickrad. I'm interested in hearing more from you soon! Inspiring. I like the experimental side of things, to say the least.
