A couple more short improv pieces...
Here are a couple more little improv pieces/sketches. These are a little more complete, and a little more musically coherent.

This one is called Pedal Tones, and it's me experimenting with trying to recreate the effect of open notes.
This one is called Prozac For Cats. And I'm not sure what else to say, really.
As always, any comments/criticisms/ideas are welcome.

Re: A couple more short improv pieces...
You reminded me about pedal tones. Recently I was doing a stick-arranged version of "Old and wise" from Alan Parsons proj. (originally written by Eric Wolfson). Because I failed to find piece in notes, that was quite a challenge to figure it out by ear (as long, as i'm not a pianist, but who cares). Check out the orchestra+band version from the album (Eye in the sky) and solo piano version. Anyway, already in intro I've encountered a curious in-one-octave fill, played on pedal:
С-E-F-A-C (torn from the context);
There the advantages of the stick's bass side turned to be a problem - it was very difficult to take narrow intervals.
But sweet solvation - the range (note) overlappig! The thing will be (capitals for the left hand on the bass side, small letters for the right hand on the melody side):
С-е-F-a-c (still sound in one octave range!). Now that's much easier for your fingers and two-hand coordination. My arrangement of the Sting's "Shape of my heart" is fully based on overlapping trick, which gives me a nice pedal-style tone, and not more than two fingers occupied at a time.
Tried to fit your method from the first video there - didn't fit, cz too much strings on the melody side 're sounding.
Hope that will be useful somehow)
P.S: The overlapping thing stolen right from Bob Culberston's playing))) Hope he forgives me)

I like your slide and varied attack in the RH on Prozac for Cats.

Enjoyed Pedal Tones, lovely layered tones - that quality is uniquely reserved for the Chapman Stick.
Also, digging the Bro-ny wall adornment. My daughters love My little pony!
