Hmm...I'm not sure if I understand the question, so please forgive me if the following seems pedantic.
Did you mean what tuning? It's in Classic. (Take a look at the beginning of the very first staff in the upper left corner. You'll see letters marking what each string is tuned to.)
If that's not it, then I think I'll need a little clarification on the question. (It's Saturday morning after a long, tough week, and I'm a little slow this morning.)
That is, unless you're not familiar with StaffTab. (Please pardon the explanation that follows if you're already familiar with it; I think you probably are.)
The note head shapes represent fingers. A circle represents 1st finger (index finger), a diamond is for 2nd finger (middle finger), triangle is for 3rd (ring) finger, and square is for 4th (pinky) finger. (A hollow shape indicates that you're playing the tonic.) The little horizontal marks on the staff lines tell you which string you're tapping, and the numbers above (for melody/treble clef) or below (bass side/clef) indicate which fret.
