Seriously Andy...props and HOLY COW! Serious chops so soon for real playing and good finger-behind-the-fret tone!

I've had a Stick for about as long as you have but am often missing an appropriate bedtime (and groggy enough to prove it) just to guarantee at least 10-45 minutes of daily playing. I'm afraid if I miss one day I might miss others and I want to keep at least that much practice steady and locked. If only I had the time from my not-too-distant youth back to put into Stick playing!

But you are using the power of youth to maximum advantage here! You've proven that "Grab the Stick at any spare moment" is the dominant strategy for playing. Seriously, just over two weeks and you can do that?!?!?! In two MONTHS I don't know if I'll get close!

Completely awesome playing! You are an animal! And a great tip for elevating the stick when using the highest belt hook too, I may have to do that myself.

You mentioned doing a tune from Gregs book......you should try Scarborough Fair. You could most likely pull it off (judging from where you are now). Its a great tune and very rewarding to play once its smooth. Its one of the first "real" tunes I learned and I was pretty stoked after I got it down....
