"Biggus" improv video #2 from AZUL (trumpet/drums/Stick)
Here's the second piece from our February 9th gig in Charlottesville: This one has lots of different Stick textures in it on both bass and melody, which you'll just have to find out for yourself

Greg
Excellent! It is great to hear the stick in a well balanced trio fading in and out of the foreground. This is far more captivating to my ear than a soloist's omnipresent warp speed jazz phrasing with a sporadic thumb pop. I look forward to hearing more!
Thanks for the inspiration. Keep 'em coming!
Rob
Edit: Sorry Greg. I was reflecting on other jazz musicians that play too fast.

Rob Glad you like it Rob. I'm not sure if the second part of your comment is directed at me or not since I've only been able to get to "impulse", but one of my favorite things about The Stick is how many different contexts it can work in.
