WOW!!!!
This is incredible! LOVE it!!

Hosting your files directly can get expensive though, may I recommend SoundCloud as a free alternative? You can control whether your tracks are downloadable by others or not, see some stats on number of plays and what countries those are coming from, etc.

Would love to know more about your rig, would love to hear more of your tracks, etc. Thanks for sharing!!

~Michael

I already have my stuff on different places - soundcloud, reverbnation, myspace in addition to my webpage, where you can hear my other tracks.
Only one more with the stick though:
http://www.kaspartorn.eu/music.html
http://soundcloud.com/kaspartorn
http://www.reverbnation.com/kaspartorn
http://www.myspace.com/kaspartorn

Did you mean expensive like, the direct linking is taking up bandwidth?
I pay for hosting my website anyway, so in that sense it doesn't cost me more - I get statistics there too.

As for rig - the intro gurgly sound and intro perc. are made with Nord Modular, other synth sounds as well as drums and FX are made with various VST-s - Reaktor, Kontakt, Zebra, ACE, Drumaxx, Superior2, Amplitube etc.

I do my composing and recording in Reaper.

Besides the stick, I also use the 7 and 6-string guitars and various MIDI controllers for playing and switching - padKontrol, SoftStep, StealthPedal and a MIDI keyboard, sometimes (but rarely) I also use the Axon Guitar to MIDI.

Thank you for posting an interesting piece. It was really "theatrical" for me. I got the impression of a lot of work and editing went into this to make it work as well as it does.

Yeah, it does get a bit on the theatrical side and you're right, mixing all this stuff takes a lot of work.

For me, the "breathing" intro was a bit long. Fortunately, I got through it to hear the rest of the excellent work.

Not much to add to the previous post, perhaps: small Tapco mixer, MemoryBoy Deluxe delay and Fulltone Clyde Deluxe wah.

I'm glad you managed through it.
But it had to be long :)
It might help to not think of it as an intro ;)

That was most moist...in fact...it was downright soggy.

Post some more when you get the chance and keep up the good work sir.
