Very well done. I enjoyed your arrangement. And the white piano was quite a touch!

Good show KC, this has some good reply value. You get such great response on the low end and I enjoy watching how your left and ride hands play off each other. Excellent.

How cool! Excellent job Kevin!
Wondering what tuning your using, there appears to be more space between your hands than my version, I play in 6 X 6 Standard or "Classic" tuning.
Feeling somewhat flattered that someone would dissect an arrangement of mine, and impressed that you did it all from video. Looking forward to covering a cover or even perhaps an original tune from you someday :) !
David

Thanks stickies.

Hey David, I tune matched recip and I have to say I cheated somewhat in learning this tune. I grabbed the video from youtube then pulled the audio off of it. Then I play the audio through the "amazing slow downer" app on the ipad. This allows me to slow down the track to a crawl so I can pick out what notes you are playing, particularly your left hand. The video did help too though. I watched your right hand to see what position the notes are being played. This helps me with economy of motion.

I am currently working on your Elton and Beatles tunes using the same method so I will post those when I get them under my fingers.

Thanks again David for making such beautiful versions of these songs.

cheers,
kev
