Michael, can you let us know, what are you using to process the distorted/sustain effect on your melody line? I really like the powerful horn-like quality of it.

Re: Captain Kirk (bernier work in progress)
For this I created a patch in my Zoom G2.1u http://cachepe.zzounds.com/media/qualit ... a334af.jpg....with a pitch bend to compensate for the stick's tremolo bar absence. Works great for that "Holdsworthy" tone and syrupy goodness...Allan spent a good two hours helping me to get a decent sound on all of my pedals...he's a sweetheart!

Not only are you a creative monster, but a decent sort of fellow. Best of luck... Oh... BTW I remember commenting on one of your pieces some years ago, that it evoked in me the feeling that vampires had infested the campus Young Republicans. It's been good to see that they were successful.

Re: Captain Kirk (bernier work in progress)
thanks for the kind words and I think there's a song title to be evoked from your very specific dreamscape...

That was pretty moist...You have some very interesting sounds coming out of the stick.
I liked the drummer also...very nice complementary part for you to play over.
