Just beautiful. I think your DBR tuning concept is a huge contribution to the world of the Stick. It's like a "super bass", but the Free Hands technique pushes it beyond anything a bass can do; in terms of sound, expression, and polyphonic capabilities. I really salute you on this one, Greg.

Thanks for all the kind comments, you guys. Matt, I totally agree with you about the tuning and the possibilities it opens up. It's interesting to see Sticks with this kind of specialization coming to the fore.
There's something magical about the way the right hand fits the 4ths tuning coming over the top the way it does.
I have a couple more from that gig I'll try to get up today.

Beautiful tune! It looks like the unusual split fret marker designs were set to line up more or less with the notes of classic tuning too, which probably makes a lot of note relationships easy to see. Excellent idea.
